"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my car to BMW-Mini MD’s for an oil change since my Mini is notorious for losing a lot of oil and my service light had been on. I asked Danny to please go through my car and check anything it needed, especially transmission, radiator, etc. Danny came back and told me my oil was clear and I did not need an oil change or anything else. He said I was a little low on oil so he topped my oil and all fluids. He checked everything and said I did not need anything. He checked my tires and added air, checked my brakes and said nothing else was needed. He explained that my “check engine light” was on due to the fact that I need to have my thermostat housing replaced completely. And from checking my car, he noticed the dealer had already once worked on this and had added a hose because of a recall on this part. He knew exactly what was needed and told me to go back to Mini dealer and have this taken care of, that the dealer should replace at no cost to me since this is another recall item on this same part. Apparently BMW tried to fix this issue once before (with a hose) and that did not work so now they have replace the complete housing. Apparently a lot of Minis have been having this same issue. Danny advised there was no charge for topping my fluids and looking at my car. He did not charge me one penny. I was completely surprised as I have never gone to the dealer or another Mini shop and not had to do anything on my Mini. Somehow they always find “something” and I always leave paying hundreds of dollars. I am grateful for honest people like Danny and his shop. Thank you Danny and Mike for a great experience and for your honesty. As a woman, it is very hard to find honest guys like you. I will definitely be coming back when my Mini needs service and refer you to friends and family."

"I found out about this shop through Yelp when my 2007 BMW 328i was leaking oil a few years ago. Since this was my first car and I was not knowledgeable about cars. I was nervous about the whole situation. However, when I walked through the doors of BMW-Mini MD's, Danny and Mike met me with a smile and such professionalism that gave me a sense of relief. After they diagnosed the problem they explained the whole process, broke down their pricing which is very competitive and did an amazing job fixing the valve cover gasket leak. After the job was done these guys showed me the parts they replaced which I thought was awesome since it showed me how genuine they are and it taught me something about my car.

"I had been taking my 1992 735iL to another shop for many years. But after some changes in ownership, I decided to go elsewhere and gave Mike and Danny a try. I am very happy that I did. These guys are straight shooters - no BS, no looking for problems that don't exist, etc. They quoted me a price on a repair which was fair, did the job, said everything else on the car looked good (I've always kept it well maintained), and I picked it up with no issues when they said it would be done. "This is my go-to shop for work on my daughter's 328i. I have been there twice for various repairs and services, and I find Mike and Danny to be honest, reliable, and competent. I trust them implicitly, and I do not say that about any other auto repair facility in the area - in fact, I had a terrible incident with the supposed German car specialist that I used before the BMW-Mini MD's. Looking through their reviews is interesting, the very few that are negative seem to be with people that didn't actually have service done at the shop. Stuff about a delayed return telephone call is no reason to ding a business owner / service provider with a 1-star rating - that just isn't right nor fair. It says a lot that the actual customers all leave 5-star reviews and a lot of praise. Mike and Dan are good people and their work is excellent and priced very fairly. I recommend them to all BMW & Mini drivers in the Inland Empire. Nothing but praise from this actual customer of their services."
